We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 5  days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear evidence (e.g., photos or videos) showing the issue
  • Include your order number and a description of the problem

4. Verification Process

All claims will be reviewed and verified by our team. We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject requests based on the evidence provided
  • Request additional information if necessary

5. Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method
  • Please allow 1 – 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
